Why not beginning your stay by visiting the Loire Marine Museum? There, you will discover the history of the navigation on the Loire, the biggest river in France. Located in the former (but restored) stables of the castle, come and dive with us into the history of our river.
Later, why not relaxing and strolling along the pathways of the park of the castle? There, you will discover many "remarkable" trees and, if you're coming in spring, you will enjoy the wondeful view of the great rhododendrons.
For people who love quietness and the environment, we offer you many pathways for walks or rides. You can also discover the Forest of Orléans thanks to its sculpted trees, its sensory pathways and its ponds.
The region is full of amazing surprises, such as the Mailboxes Village, Saint Martin d'Abbat. You can also discover the Sologne in sidecar. And what can we say about the many castles you will see during your journey : do not forget our city is located in the Castles of the Loire Valley...
